David Newman has been breaking computer networks for more than 20 years. As president of Network Test, an independent test lab and network design consultancy, Newman has performed hands-on assessments of virtually every type of network infrastructure and security device. Network Test's customers include device vendors, enterprises, service providers, and trade publications. Newman is an active participant in the IETF and the author of three RFCs, including two on firewall performance measurement.
