The Communications Sector develops and markets solutions for service providers—inclusive of Network Operators (wireless and wireline telephone carriers), Cable Operators, Hosting Providers and Media and Entertainment. Job Responsibilities: Microsoft Communications Sector solutions such as Connected Services Framework are designed to enable service providers to launch new consumer and business services within short timelines and relative ease. Steve works with the Communications Sector field sales team to enable and ready them for current and upcoming solutions. As liaison between the field and HQ development/marketing groups, Steve helps dev/marketing understand field requirements...then develops and launches appropriate sales training and engagement tools. Education: Steve is currently pursuing his MBA at University of Washington.
