As Director, Worldwide Technology Evangelist for the Consumer Division at Dolby Laboratories, Buser is responsible for ensuring Dolby is an essential part of the world's best entertainment technology. He works directly with hardware manufacturers and content developers in the consumer electronics, gaming, broadcast and mobile industries to support their adoption and implementation of Dolby technologies. Since he joined Dolby in 1998, he has directed both the Consumer Electronics and Gaming market segments, where he oversaw the company's key relationships with developers and licensees. During this time, he drove successful partnerships with the world's leading game developers, game console makers, HD-DVD and Blu-ray hardware manufacturers and entertainment studios. Buser holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois with a focus on audio synthesis.
