Lee Reese is a veteran at Nortel, having worked for the firm ever since he left school in 1990. At the company, he has done everything from being a field technician, to being a tech support engineer, to being a contact center architect. Now, Reese works in Nortel’s sales and technical engineering department, where he does extensive work for SBC and Verizon. He maintains an extensive knowledge of the infrastructure of many of the former Bell Companies. Reese is also an expert in how to diversify networks with a call center, as well as how to build disaster recovery systems. In the future, Reese hopes to get further into management and sales at Nortel. While many people often switch companies throughout their career, Reese has stayed loyal to Nortel, a company which he admires for being very people-oriented and technology focused. |
