As Director of Operations Communications and Reporting at EarthLink, Peggy Gerace-Roosa is responsible for overseeing the development of all internal reporting and business intelligence efforts, and associated venues. Prior to her current position, she oversaw the implementation of the ITIL service management disciplines at EarthLink; led EarthLink’s documentation, acquisitions and integrations departments; and was Director of Operations at Nationwide Paging, Inc. She was a principal and partner in Michael Angelo’s Plumbing, Inc., and the Sr. Account Executive at 800-Direct, Inc., where her client list included Lucas-Arts Company Store, 20th Century Fox Films and Home Entertainment, Playboy Satellite, Playboy Home Shopping, Rhino Records, and Lewis Galoob Toys.

Peggy has more than 20 years of managerial experience in the Internet, wireless, telco and contact center industries. She is also a freelance writer and a frequent guest speaker at several national technical communications, IT service, and project management conferences.

Peggy holds a Masters of Science degree in International Business from the University of Georgia and a Bachelors Degree in Retail Management from the same institution. She is currently perusing her second Master’s Degree in Information Technology from DeVry University of West Hills, California.
