Steve Fowler

Steve Fowler is a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. He has held positions working as a senior executive responsible for sales, marketing, customer care and operations areas of wireless carriers and high-speed Internet access providers. Prior to joining GoTV, Fowler held a position with AT&T Fixed Wireless where he was the General Manager responsible for the Southern California region.

Before that, Fowler spent over 17 years with BellSouth Cellular including five years with Los Angeles Cellular, one of the largest cellular companies in the U.S., where he was responsible for innovative programs leading to significant profit improvements particularly in the area of customer retention. His efforts led to a profit of $40 million each year for two consecutive years. Fowler is a widely respected wireless pioneer, and has been responsible for the operations of companies from start-ups to ones ranked amongst the Fortune 50. Multi-faceted, he has been instrumental in several startups, and his work has covered the spectrum, from funding to day-to-day company operations. He holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Business from the University of Houston.
